NGI Mentee Skills Audit

The purpose of this activity is to identify and gain insights into mentees’ existing transferable skill sets and abilities to assess areas which need development. Improved competencies in knowledge or skill of an individual engenders outstanding performance. Identified strengths and gaps ensure we can prioritize learning time to focus on the areas that are most important to meet your expectations. Areas of assessment include effective communication, presentation, record management, financial literacy, problem-solving, and emotional and social intelligence.
