You are welcome to NextGen–Ideate, a mentoring scheme anchored by Forerunner Welfare Foundation, (FWF). The scheme aims to cultivate a dynamic community where finalist students of higher institutions of learning, fresh graduates and early career professionals can come together to learn, grow and create their path through the non-steady and turbulent waves of the global space.

The space offered by the NextGen—Ideate creates interactions between the experienced mentors and the mentees. NextGen—Ideate serves as both a mentoring group and a vibrant networking platform dedicated to supporting the self-development and professional advancements of its members. Through our comprehensive mentorship programmes, we aim to guide Muslim graduates on their journey, providing valuable insights and advice from experienced and older generations of Muslim alumni professionals. Additionally, our networking opportunities are designed to help our target audience connect with like-minded individuals, fostering collaborations and building a strong, supportive community.
