The Forerunner Welfare Foundation operates through various committees, each with a distinct purpose and set of responsibilities. These committees play a crucial role in advancing our mission and serving our members. Explore the different committees that drive our initiatives and projects.

Human Capacity Development Committee

Human Capital Development committee (HCDC) is responsible for organizing and coordinating all educational activities of the Foundation.

Roles:

  • Organizing Skill-Building Programs.
  • Career Development Workshops.
  • Educational Support for Members.

Media and Communication Committee

Communication and Media committee is charged with managing all forms of publicity, branding, communication and social media presence.

Roles:

  • Handling Website Content.
  • Social Media Management
  • Publicizing Foundation Events and Activities.

Shurah (Selection Committee)

The Committee shall have the powers to headhunt for members to be appointed as chairman and members respectively of Moderating Team at the expiration of each successive tenure.

Roles:

  • Evaluating Membership Applications
  • Recommending Suitable Candidates for Admission.

Welfare Committee

Welfare Committee shall be responsible for the supervision of the well-being of all members of the foundation.

  • Organizing Skill-Building Programs.
  • Career Development Workshops.
  • Educational Support for Members.

Finance Committee

Budgeting, financial planning, investment management, and financial reporting.

Audit Committee

Audit committee is charged with preparing regular annual audits for the Foundation.

Roles:

  • Conducting Financial Audits.
  • Ensuring Compliance
  • Reporting on Financial
    Matters.

Legal Committee

Legal Committee shall offer professional services on all issues referred to it by the General Assembly in line with the founding mission and vision (aims and objectives) of the Foundation.

Roles:

  • Handling Legal Matters.
  • Advising on Compliance.
  • Resolving disputes when necessary.

Mimbar Committee

Al Mimbar committee is charged with educating members of the Foundation on the principles and precepts of Islam with a view to advancing the piety of each individual to Allah.

Roles:

  • Organizing Islamic Educational Programs.
  • Spiritual Retreats.
  • Promoting Ethical Values
